Training Programs

Round and it's network of partners offer a wide range of training courses aimed at delivering improvements in customer management and the customer experience.

Our core belief is that holistic capability alignment is essential to achieving operational consistency and service excellence.  Skills and competencies are a key part of that mix of overall capabilities.  Round's training courses therefore incorporate tailored capability and competence assessments before and during the training program, using a range of Round's tools. 

Because of the holistic nature of the assessments, it is recommended that cross-functional teams attend training courses together so that operational issues can be examined and addressed.

The culmination of every training course involves using the capability gap analysis to prioritize and scope a program of operational change and skills improvements. 

In addition to using capability assessment tools, Home Run with tailored customer scenarios is used to reinforce the training and help to define the new customer experience that the training and other changes will support.  Copies of Home Run with tailored customer scenarios are provided with each training course. All capability data collected during the training is available to customers online or in hard copy for further development work.
